• Explain products or services clearly and persuasively over the phone.

• Follow up on previous interactions and maintain customer engagement.

• Record customer information, feedback, and outcomes accurately in the CRM system.

• Meet daily and monthly call and conversion targets.

• Handle customer queries and resolve issues in a professional manner.

• Maintain a positive and professional attitude during all interactions.
