Job Description
Code Young is seeking an enthusiastic International Sales Specialist to engage with global clients, drive enrollments, and build long-term customer relationships in the international market.
Key Responsibilities
· Interact with international prospects via calls, emails, and virtual meetings
· Understand customer needs and pitch appropriate learning programs
· Build and maintain strong client relationships
· Achieve sales targets and performance metrics
· Handle negotiations and objections professionally
· Maintain accurate CRM and sales records
· Stay updated with international education trends
Eligibility & Requirements
Experience
· Freshers and candidates with 1–2 years of experience can apply
· Experience in International Sales / International Business preferred
· EdTech experience is an added advantage
Skills
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills
· Strong listening, negotiation, and presentation abilities
· Customer-centric and goal-oriented mindset
· Ability to work in a fast-paced, night-shift environment
Education
· Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, or any discipline
Compensation
· Fixed Salary: ₹4.5 – ₹5.5 LPA
· Incentives: Up to ₹4 LPA (performance-based)
Work Details
· Shift Timing: 9:00 PM – 6:00 AM (Night Shift)
· Working Days: Tuesday to Sunday
· Weekly Off: Monday
· Work Mode: Work from Office
· Cab Facility: Not available
