Telecaller

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.

• Explain jewellery products, offers, and schemes clearly.

• Maintain call records and update customer details in the system.

• Follow up on leads and convert inquiries into store visits.

• Handle customer queries and provide accurate information.

• Coordinate with store staff for appointments or follow-ups.

• Achieve daily and monthly calling and conversion targets.

• Maintain professionalism and uphold the Tanishq brand image.

Key Skills & Competencies:

• Excellent verbal communication skills.

• Confident, polite, and customer-oriented.

• Good listening and persuasion skills.

• Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM tools).

• Fluency in English, Hindi, and Gujarati preferred.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Education: Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate.

• Experience: 6 months – 1 year in telecalling or customer service (retail/jewellery experience preferred).

• Gender: Female candidates preferred.
