Key Responsibilities:

Maintain and organize physical and digital records for easy access and retrieval.

Identifying and resolving customer issues and complaints efficiently.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is 12th Pass/Diploma/Graduate and 1 - 3 years of experience. Candidates must have attention to detail, a high level of accuracy, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage

multiple tasks efficiently.

Have known the social media handels including social media promotion.
