Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential customers to explain clinic services and book appointments.

• Handle incoming calls regarding inquiries, services, appointment scheduling, etc.

• Follow up with leads to convert them into walk-ins and sales.

• Maintain accurate records of calls, patient information, and outcomes in the system.

• Meet daily and monthly targets for calls, appointments, and conversions.

• Provide excellent service and build rapport with patients.

• Coordinate with clinic staff and audiologists for smooth patient handling.

• Update CRM or Excel sheets with call logs and follow-up status.

Requirements:

• Minimum 12th pass (Graduation preferred)

• 6 months – 2 years of experience in telecalling / customer service (healthcare or clinic experience preferred)

• Good communication skills in Hindi and basic English

• Confident, polite, and patient over phone calls

• Basic computer knowledge (Excel, email, etc.)

• Ability to handle targets and follow-up pressure

Working Hours:

• 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM (Monday to Saturday)

• Sunday off or as per company policy
