Make outbound calls to potential customers/leads to promote products or services
Explain product/service features clearly and handle customer queries confidently
Understand customer needs and suggest suitable solutions

Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, and sales in CRM or system
Follow up with interested customers to convert leads into sales
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets
Handle objections professionally and politely
