Job Responsibilities:
Handle inbound & outbound customer calls
Resolve customer queries, complaints, and requests
Provide accurate information about products/services
Maintain customer records in system (CRM / Excel)
Follow up with customers for feedback or issue resolution
Ensure customer satisfaction & positive experience
Requirements:
Minimum 12th pass / Graduate
Good communication skills (Hindi / Basic English)
Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, typing)
Fresher & experienced both can apply
Positive attitude & problem-solving skills
