We are looking for energetic and result-driven Telecallers to generate business leads for our Solar Business. The role involves making cold calls to potential customers, introducing our solar solutions, and passing qualified leads to the sales team.
Key Responsibilities
Make cold calls to residential, commercial, and industrial prospects to generate interest in solar EPC solutions.
Identify and qualify potential leads through effective conversations.
Maintain and update a database of leads, call logs, and follow-ups.
Schedule appointments or site visits for the sales team.
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly lead generation targets.
Share regular reports on lead status and call performance.
Collect feedback from prospects to help refine sales strategies
