Job Summary:

We are seeking motivated and result-oriented Telesales Executives to join our health insurance sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for engaging with prospective customers, understanding their needs and requirements, and offering suitable health insurance products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers and explain health insurance products in detail.

• Identify customer needs and suggest suitable insurance plans.

• Generate and follow up on leads to ensure successful conversions.

• Maintain customer records and update CRM systems accurately.

• Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth policy issuance and post-sales support.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Graduate or higher secondary with relevant telesales experience.

• Minimum 6 months to 2 years of telesales or telecalling experience (preferably in health insurance).

• Excellent communication and persuasion skills in English and Hindi (regional languages will be an advantage).

• Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, CRM tools).

• Target-driven and customer-oriented mindset.

• IRDA certification will be an added advantage.
