Job description:

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Telecaller to join our team remotely. As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential leads to hire bike riders for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to customers or prospects.

Explain products/services and their benefits clearly and persuasively

Maintain accurate records of conversations and update the database.

Follow up on leads and conversions.

Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets set by the team.

Maintain professional and courteous behaviour during all interactions.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a telecaller, customer service representative, or similar role is preferred.

Good verbal communication skills

Strong listening and problem-solving abilities.

Ability to work independently from a home setup.

Basic computer knowledge <MS Office>

Ability to manage time effectively and multitask.
