Telecaller

We are looking for a Telecaller to join our team [•BeWealthy Consultants Pvt Ltd•]. The position offers ₹10000 - ₹14000 and opportunities for growth.

Roles and Responsibilities:-

• Contact existing customers for renewal of insurance policies (Motor)

• Upsell & cross-sell suitable insurance products during renewal calls.

• Maintain accurate follow-ups and call logs in CRM.

• Achieve monthly renewal targets and sales conversion goals.

• Provide quality customer service ensuring high retention.
  

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is 12th Pass and Fresher can also apply. The role requires excellent attention to detail, high level of accuracy, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Candidates must be open to 6 days working during the Day shift.
