Job Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential leads provided by the company.
Follow up regularly with interested leads to convert them into clients.
Handle phone calls and messages professionally and ensure every message is checked and responded to the same day.
Maintain accurate records of all calls, lead responses, and follow-up status in the system.
Connect clients to the relevant department as per their requirements.
Achieve daily and weekly targets for calls, follow-ups, and conversions.
Maintain a positive, polite, and professional tone in all interactions.
Support the marketing and sales team by sharing customer feedback and updates.
