Job Purpose The Branch Sales Executive will be stationed at a partner branch to actively pitch DocOnline products to walk-in customers during branch hours and follow up with interested prospects telephonically to drive conversions. Key Responsibilities Walk-ins (9:30 AM – 4:00 PM | ~70%) • Sit at the assigned partner branch location • Engage with walk-in customers and pitch DocOnline products • Explain product benefits, pricing, and usage clearly • Build rapport with branch staff to support lead generation • Capture customer details and interest accurately Telephonic Follow-ups (Post 4:00 PM | ~30%) • Call and follow up with prospective customers met during the day • Address customer queries and objections • Close sales or move prospects to the next stage • Maintain basic follow-up records as required Candidate Profile / Requirements • Immediate Joiner preferred • Presentable personality (role involves face-to-face and telephonic customer interaction) • Good communication skills (verbal clarity is critical) • Strong command of regional language of the assigned location • Comfortable with sales and customer interaction • Basic smartphone usage for calls and follow-ups
