Tele calling

We are looking for an experienced and confident Female Tele caller with 1–3 years of tele calling experience, preferably in the real estate sector, to join our dynamic team at True Dream Realty. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, the ability to handle client queries professionally, and a strong passion for sales and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential clients regarding residential, commercial, and plot properties.

• Explain project details, pricing, and availability clearly and confidently.

• Generate leads, schedule site visits, and follow up with interested customers.

• Maintain a detailed record of calls, inquiries, and conversions.

• Build and maintain strong customer relationships through timely follow-ups.

• Work closely with the sales team to support overall conversions and targets.

Requirements:

• 1 to 3 years of proven telecalling or customer service experience (real estate preferred).

• Strong communication and persuasive skills.

• Ability to handle client objections professionally.

• Basic knowledge of CRM tools or call tracking systems is an advantage.

• Must be dedicated, polite, and target-oriented.

• It is a Full Time Telesales / Telemarketing job for candidates with 1 - 3 years of experience.
