Role Overview

Professionals will be responsible for managing and optimizing real estate investment portfolios, analyzing market trends, and delivering strategic advisory support to clients.

Manage and optimize client investment portfolios

Align portfolios with financial objectives

Qualifications

Expertise in Investment Strategy and Portfolio Planning
Strong understanding of Real Estate Market Analysis
Client Relationship Management experience
Financial Analysis and Home Loan Assistance knowledge
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Real Estate, or related field
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Familiarity with RERA compliance preferred
Understanding of Vastu principles is an added advantage
