Experience – 1 -3 years

Salary – Rs 18,000 – Rs 25,000 + Incentives

Working Shifts – 930am to 630pm / Mon - Sat

Mandatory Requirements – Good English Communicator, Local Language, Coordination + Collections + TeleSales

Responsibilities

• Call prospective customers (Outbound) using the leads provided. Attend to calls (Inbound) from customers to sell our services

• Develop/follow a script to introduce our company and products or services

• Identify the customer’s needs and interests and present our solutions that match them

• Persuade the customer to buy by demonstrating how our products or services can solve their problems or improve their situation

• Respond to customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and courteous manner

• Follow up with the customer to confirm the order, delivery, or service details

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions

• Meet or exceed the sales targets and performance standards

• Learn Lead Generation techniques and generate leads independently.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a telemarketer or a similar sales or customer service role

• Skilled in negotiation and persuasion techniques

• Knowledge of MS Office, CRM Softwares

• It is a Full Time Telesales / Telemarketing job for candidates with 1 - 6+ years Experience.
