Position: Customer Support Specialist

Work Mode: Flexible (RTO & Hybrid)

Shift: 24/5 Support

Experience Required: 3–8 years in Customer Service

We are looking for an experienced and customer-focused professional to join our team as a Customer Support Specialist. Key Responsibilities:

Provide prompt and effective solutions to customer problems, queries, and requests.

Ability to work in a 24/5 rotational shift environment.

Flexible to work in both office (RTO) and hybrid setups.

Preferred Qualifications:

Prior experience in Hospitality, Travel, or Tourism sectors.

Familiarity with CRM tools and ticketing systems.
