Job Description:-

We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Relationship Manager / Senior Relationship Manager to join our Online Sales team. This is a full-time, office-based role with no fieldwork involved.

Key Responsibilities:-

• Handle outbound calls to prospective customers.

• Connect with leads who have expressed interest in our products.

• Clearly explain product features & benefits to customers.

• Effectively pitch policies and convert leads into successful sales.

• Achieve and exceed daily/weekly/monthly sales targets.

Desired Candidate Profile

Experience:-

• Minimum 6 months of experience in telesales/insurance sales (preferably in health insurance background ).

Skills:-

• Strong communication and convincing abilities.

• Confident in presenting insurance products and closing deals over the phone.

• Energetic, sharp, and customer-oriented.
