Key Responsibilities
1. Lead Generation & Prospecting
Generate new leads through market research, cold calling, email outreach, LinkedIn, references, exhibitions, and industry networks.
Identify potential corporate clients, consultants, architects, builders, and institutional buyers.
Maintain and continuously build a healthy sales pipeline.
Coordinate with marketing for campaign-based and inbound leads.
2. Inside Sales & Follow-upsHandle inbound inquiries from calls, emails, website, and internal references.
Qualify leads and understand customer requirements clearly.
Prepare and share quotations, proposals, and product details.
Ensure systematic follow-ups until logical closure (order / no order).
Maintain lead status and follow-up records in CRM / Excel.
3. Outside Sales, Client Meetings & Site VisitsPlan and conduct face-to-face meetings with corporate clients, consultants, architects, and project teams.
Visit customer sites for basic understanding of application requirements (technical support will be provided).
Present company profile, product solutions, and value propositions.
Coordinate internally for site surveys, demos, and technical discussions when required.
Build trust and long-term relationships with key decision-makers and influencers.
4. Order Closure & CoordinationNegotiate commercials within approved frameworks.
Coordinate with internal teams for order processing, production planning, dispatch, and installation.
Ensure smooth handover after order confirmation.
Support collection follow-ups as per company policy.
5. Reporting & Market IntelligenceSubmit weekly activity and sales reports.
Track targets, conversions, and pipeline movement.
Share market feedback, competitor insights, and customer trends.
6. Sales & Business Development
Handle corporate / institutional inquiries received through calls, emails, website, and internal leads.
Understand client requirements and suggest the right product / solution fit.
Prepare and share quotations, proposals, and basic presentations.
Conduct regular follow-ups to convert inquiries into orders.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
7. Client Relationship Management
Build and maintain long-term relationships with corporate customers, consultants, and influencers.
Coordinate with internal teams (design, production, dispatch, installation) for smooth execution.
Handle client communication from initial inquiry to order closure and handover.
8. Market & Data Management
Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and orders in CRM / Excel.
Track inquiry status and provide weekly sales updates.
Support in identifying new corporate accounts and sectors.
