Senior Telesales Executive

Role Overview: Counsel students and parents to identify the right course, guide them through the admission process, ensure enrolments, and support office administration.

Key Deliverables: Student counselling & enrolment, customer relationship management (CRM/ERP handling), learning & self-development, handling walk-ins, calls, and queries.

Key Result Areas: Drive student enrolments and achieve sales targets through counselling & follow-ups, provide career guidance, maintain strong customer relationships for satisfaction and referrals, leverage CRM/ERP for data management and reporting, contribute to learning and new initiatives.

Metrics for Success: Enrolment numbers & revenue targets achieved, quality of student/parent feedback, consistent and accurate reporting.

Required Competencies: Skills – fluency in English, persuasion, rapport building, telephone etiquette. Knowledge – MS Office, internet research, CRM/ERP usage. Traits – confident, energetic, persistent, adaptable, hospitable. Motives – growth-oriented, win-win mindset.
