Senior Telesales Executive

Purpose of the Role:

• Responsible for managing the Sales and Marketing function within an organization.

• Develop and execute Sales and Marketing strategies, driving revenue growth, and ensuring the achievement of Sales and Marketing targets. 

Responsibilities & Accountabilities:

• Develop and implement Sales and Marketing strategies aligned with the company's overall business objectives.

• Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities and define the Sales and Marketing direction.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop Sales and Marketing plans, set Sales and Marketing targets, and establish Sales and Marketing forecasts.

• Oversee the management of key customer accounts, ensuring strong customer relationships and satisfaction.

• Take ownership of meeting or exceeding Sales and Marketing targets and revenue goals.

• Build and maintain relationships with key customers, industry influencers, and strategic partners.

• Leverage networks and professional connections to generate leads, drive business growth, and enhance the company's market position.

• Prepare and present regular Sales and Marketing reports, including Sales and Marketing pipelines, performance dashboards, and Sales and Marketing analytics, to senior management.

• Provide insights on Sales and Marketing performance, market trends, and opportunities for improvement.
