Position: Telecaller Executive
Location: Across Tamil Nadu
Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹20,000 per month + Incentives
Qualification: Any Degree

Role Overview

We are looking for energetic and motivated Telecaller Executives to support banking sector operations. The candidate will be responsible for communicating with customers over phone calls, explaining banking services, and assisting them with relevant information.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.

• Handle inbound customer inquiries professionally.

• Provide information about banking products and services.

• Follow up with interested customers and maintain good relationships.

• Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and daily reports.

• Coordinate with internal teams for customer requirements.

• Ensure customer satisfaction and resolve basic queries.

Required Skills:

• Good verbal communication skills.

• Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel / Data Entry).

• Ability to convince and interact with customers.

• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

• Time management and teamwork skills.
