Sales Telecaller

We are looking for a Sales Telecaller to join our team at Portfolio Enterprises. The role involves having Experience in Mutual Fund, Health Insurance & Life Insurance Sales. With a collaborative environment and growth opportunities, the position offers a salary of ₹15000 - ₹25000 + Incentives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make Outbound Calls to Potential aand Existing Clients to explain Mutual Fund, Health Insurance, Life Insurance Products.

• Understand Clients Need and recommend Suitable Financial products accordingly.

• Follow ups regularly with Leads to ensure timely closure and maintain strong client engagement.

• Handle clients query polietly, profesionally, and provide complete product Information.

• Maintain accurate records of calls, leads and follow-ups and conversation in the system.

• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information at all times.

• Must have knowledge about Mutual Fund.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and 1 - 3 years of experience. Candidates must have attention to detail, a high level of accuracy, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
