Key Responsibilities
Outbound Calling: Contacting prospects to introduce products/services, build interest, and book appointments.
Lead Generation & Sales: Converting potential customers into buyers and achieving sales goals.
Inbound Call Handling: Answering customer inquiries and addressing complaints professionally.
Customer Relationship Management: Maintaining accurate call logs, updating customer databases (CRM), and following up with leads.
Product Knowledge: Clearly explaining features, benefits, and pricing of offerings.
Reporting: Documenting sales activities and results.
Essential Skills & Qualifications
Communication: Excellent verbal, listening, and interpersonal skills.
Persuasion: Strong negotiation and closing skills to overcome objections.
Technical: Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software.
