About the Role:

As a Select Service Advisor, you will be responsible for managing the premium post-sales experience of Shaadi SELECT members, helping them navigate the partner search journey through personalized support and matchmaking.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the post-sales experience and service for Shaadi SELECT premium members.

• Understand member preferences and create well-crafted profiles.

• Actively prospect and shortlist potential matches in coordination with members.

• Represent members and communicate with potential prospects on their behalf.

• Coordinate meetings with only consented and relevant matches.

• Drive membership renewals.

• Build and maintain strong rapport with members.

• Counsel and guide members to ensure timely achievement of matchmaking milestones.

Candidate Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of outbound customer service experience.

• Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail.

• High emotional intelligence and ability to empathize.

• Excellent patience and persuasive communication skills.

• It is a Full Time Telesales / Telemarketing job for candidates with 6 months - 2 years of experience.
