We are looking for a Telecaller to join our team Mytecsys The role involves managing and updating information accurately and efficiently, supporting key data management processes, and performing various administrative tasks. The position offers In Hand Salary and opportunities for growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential and existing client to promote products/services
Generate leads and maintain a sales pipeline
Convert calls into confirmed sales or appointments
Understand client needs and provide relevant product/service information
Maintain and update the customer database with accurate information
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call & sales targets
Handle client concerns politely and professionally
Maintain good communication and relationship with customers.
Prepare and submit daily call and lead reports to the reporting manager
