Job Description:
We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Pre-Sales Executive to join our
Interior Design team. The ideal candidate will handle client inquiries, understand their
design requirements, and coordinate with the design and sales teams to ensure smooth
lead conversion.
Key Responsibilities:
Engage with potential customers through calls, WhatsApp, and email to explain interior
design services.
Understand client requirements and share project details with the design team.
¢ Schedule appointments and design consultations for clients with designers.
¢ Maintain follow-up communication to ensure lead conversion and customer satisfaction.
¢ Coordinate with the sales and operations teams for smooth workflow.
¢ Maintain accurate records of leads, inquiries, and client communication in CRM tools.
¢ Achieve weekly and monthly lead conversion targets.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
¢ Bachelors degree (MBA or relevant field preferred).
¢ 1-2years of experience in pre-sales, telecalling, or customer handling roles (Interior
Design / Real Estate preferred).
¢ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
¢ Strong convincing ability and customer handling approach.
¢ Good knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office.
