Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Real Estate Tele calling Executive with 1–2 years of tele calling experience. The candidate will be responsible for calling potential clients, explaining real estate projects, and scheduling site visits for the sales team.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential customers from provided leads.
Explain real estate projects, pricing, and offers to customers.
Generate and qualify leads for property sales.
Schedule property site visits with interested clients.
Maintain proper follow-up with leads and update CRM or lead sheets.
Handle customer queries professionally and build customer interest.
Coordinate with the sales team for closures.
Requirements
Minimum 1–2 years of tele calling / sales experience (preferably in real estate).
12th Pass or Any Graduate.
Good communication and convincing skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel / CRM tools is a plus.
Ability to handle customer objections and maintain follow-ups.
Target-oriented and self-motivated.
Preferred Skills
Experience in real estate, property sales, or lead generation.
Fluency in English, Kannada, Hindi, or local language.
