Job Overview

We are looking for enthusiastic Tele Sales Executives to join our team. You will undergo a 2-month training program where you will earn incentives only. After successfully completing the training and qualifying with our Sales Certification, you will be offered a fixed monthly salary (₹12,000 – ₹18,000).

During the training period, you will earn ₹1,200 – ₹2,000 per sale as incentive based on performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound sales calls to prospective customers and pitch SY Cyber’s products/services.

• Follow up on leads from marketing campaigns, referrals, and inquiries.

• Understand customer needs and suggest the right solutions.

• Maintain call logs, customer data, and follow-up schedules in the CRM.

• Work towards achieving daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

Requirements

• Freshers with strong communication skills can apply.

• Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.

• Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.

• Computer/laptop, stable internet connection, and a quiet workspace.

Compensation

• Training Period (2 Months): Incentives only – ₹1,200 to ₹2,000 per sale.

• Post-Certification: Fixed salary ₹12,000 – ₹18,000 per month + incentives.
