We are hiring enthusiastic and customer-focused Retail Salespersons to join our team at Frozen Bottle – a premium milkshake and dessert outlet. As a front-line representative, you will play a key role in creating an exceptional customer experience by assisting guests, taking orders, and ensuring the outlet runs smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet customers warmly and provide friendly, prompt service.

• Assist customers with menu items, upsell add-ons & combos.

• Take and process orders accurately using POS system.

• Ensure cleanliness and hygiene of the outlet at all times.

• Pack and serve orders with care and quality control.

• Handle payments (cash/UPI/card) and maintain billing accuracy.

• Manage inventory for daily operations and report shortages.

• Work as a team to maintain a welcoming atmosphere.

Requirements:

• Minimum 10th pass; 12th or diploma in hospitality preferred.

• Good communication skills in Hindi and basic English.

• Polite, presentable, and customer-friendly attitude.

• Willingness to work in shifts, weekends & holidays.

• Prior experience in food/beverage or retail is a plus.
