We are looking for a Sales & Marketing Executive (In-House) to join our real estate team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling client inquiries, promoting residential and commercial plots, and assisting in achieving sales targets — all from the office (no field work required).
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound calls to potential customers regarding real estate projects.
Explain project details, pricing, and location benefits to clients over phone or online.
Maintain and update the customer database with leads and follow-ups.
Assist the marketing team in promoting properties through online platforms and social media.
Schedule and coordinate site visits for interested clients (field team will handle the visits).
Support sales closure by maintaining communication between clients and the field sales team.
Prepare daily/weekly sales and inquiry reports for management review.
Participate in marketing campaigns, promotional activities, and lead generation drives.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum 1–2 years of experience in sales, marketing, or telecalling (real estate preferred).
Good communication and convincing skills (English, Hindi, Odia preferred).
Basic knowledge of MS Office, Excel, and social media marketing tools.
Ability to handle clients professionally and maintain strong relationships.
