Key Responsibilities
Transaction Processing: Receive and accurately process payments for services, parts, and rentals (cash, credit/debit, checks, warranty payments).
Customer Service: Greet customers warmly, answer payment-related questions, explain invoices, and resolve billing issues or complaints professionally, escalating when necessary.
Cash Handling: Manage the cash drawer, make change, reconcile daily transactions, prepare bank deposits, and handle refunds.
Collaboration: Work with service advisors, parts, and sales teams to ensure accurate billing and keep updated on new products/pricing.
Essential Skills & Qualifications
Experience: Handling cash and operating POS systems (dealership experience preferred).
Education: Gradution(Commerce) .
Attributes: Detail-oriented, excellent communication, friendly, professional, and calm under pressure.
