Sales & Marketing Executive
Key Responsibilities:
● Manage and convert qualified leads into successful sales through consistent follow-up and client engagement.
● Conduct site visits with potential clients, explain project features, pricing, and benefits.
● Develop and maintain relationships with prospective buyers and ensure a seamless customer experience.
● Coordinate with the marketing team to understand incoming leads and campaign performance
● Prepare and present sales proposals and payment plans.
● Negotiate terms and close deals to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
● Maintain lead status and updates in CRM or sales tracking systems.
● Participate in marketing events, exhibitions, and promotional activities to generate brand visibility and leads.
● Provide regular reports on lead conversion rates, closures, and customer feedback.
Required Skills & Experience:
● Minimum 5 years of experience in real estate or construction sales.
● Proven track record in lead conversion and deal closures.
● Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
● Strong understanding of Bangalore real estate market trends.
● Goal-oriented, proactive, and self-driven with a customer-first approach.
● Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and online lead management platform.
Mandatory Criteria:
Language proficiency: English, Hindi, Kannada.
Should be open to travel to the site at Sakleshpura
Salary: Fixed Salary + attractive performance-based incentives
Qualifications: Any Graduate/ Post-graduate
Work Timings: 9.00am to 6.00pm
Working Days: Monday to Saturday
