Job Summary: A leading human resource outsourcing company is keen to hire a fresher or experienced candidates for the role of Sales Development Representative. The role involves telemarketing, lead generation, and supporting the sales team in driving business growth. The ideal candidate will identify and qualify potential customers through proactive outreach while maintaining accurate records of customer interactions.

The company serves global clients by acting as an extended sales team, helping organizations scale their business.

Location: Kadubeesanahalli, Bengaluru
Designation: Sales Development Representative (SDR)
Key Responsibilities:
Generate and qualify leads through outbound calling and telemarketing activities.
Engage prospective clients and introduce company services effectively.
Maintain strong communication with potential customers to understand requirements and schedule follow-ups.
Support the sales team in lead conversion and business development efforts.
Maintain accurate records of calls, interactions, and client feedback.
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly calling and performance targets.
Requirements:
Excellent verbal communication skills.
Good accent and fluency in English.
Strong confidence and professional telephone etiquette.
Ability to handle client conversations effectively.
Basic understanding of sales and customer interaction will be an added advantage.
Comfortable working in US shift timings.
Preferrable Candidates:
Prior experience in SDR, telemarketing, or international calling is preferred.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and result-oriented professionals.
Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills.
