What you’ll Champion:
● Handle inbound and outbound customer communication (calls, chats, emails).
● Assist in resolving customer queries, concerns, and service issues promptly.
● Coordinate internally with relevant teams to ensure smooth issue resolution.
● Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-ups.
● Support daily operational tasks to improve customer experience workflows.
● Identify recurring issues and proactively suggest improvements.
What is needed for this role
● Strong communication skills in Hindi and English.
● Background in hospitality, B2B sales, customer service, or related service roles preferred.
● High level of empathy and patience while dealing with customers.
● Ability to handle difficult conversations calmly and professionally.
● Strong sense of ownership and accountability.
● Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
● Basic knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets is a plus.
