Kyma Technology Pvt. Ltd. is a fast-growing company in the solar sector, working with top clients across India. We’re expanding our presence in Uttar Pradesh and looking for a driven Sales Head to lead solar lead generation efforts in Mathura.

Key Responsibilities:

Generate high-quality leads for residential, commercial, and industrial solar installations in Mathura and nearby regions.

Develop and execute strategies to increase customer outreach through calls, social media, and local networks.

Build and maintain relationships with potential customers and partners.

Coordinate with the project team to ensure seamless client onboarding.

Report daily/weekly lead generation and conversion progress.

Requirements:

Proven experience in sales or business development (solar or renewable energy preferred).

Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Self-motivated and able to work independently from home.

Knowledge of local Mathura market is a plus.
