We are seeking a highly motivated and persuasive Sales Executive who is eager to learn, excel, and grow in the field of sales. This role is ideal for individuals who are confident, committed, and ready to take ownership of their targets. You will be responsible for driving lead generation, managing client relationships, and converting prospects into successful deals.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and research potential clients through LinkedIn, WhatsApp, databases, and other sources.

  • Initiate outreach via email, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, and calls to promote services and generate leads.

  • Engage prospects by understanding their requirements and presenting tailored solutions.

  • Schedule and conduct sales meetings, presentations, and demos for potential clients.

  • Negotiate terms and close deals to achieve and exceed assigned sales targets.

  • Maintain accurate records of interactions and progress in CRM tools.

  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth post-sale transition.

  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.


Requirements:

  • Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.

  • Ability to build rapport quickly and maintain professional relationships.

  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and eager to learn.

  • Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho, or similar) is an advantage.

  • Basic understanding of B2B sales and client acquisition is preferred.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and messaging platforms like WhatsApp.

  • Freshers are welcome; no prior experience required.
