Sales Executive

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive to join our growing real estate team. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, handling client inquiries, and closing property deals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate leads through calls, site visits, and walk-ins

• Understand client requirements and suggest suitable properties

• Arrange and conduct site visits with clients

• Follow up with prospective clients and maintain relationships

• Negotiate and close sales deals

• Coordinate with internal teams for documentation and bookings

• Maintain daily sales reports and client data

Requirements & Skills:

• Minimum qualification: 12th pass / Graduate

• Basic English communication skills (Hindi required)

• Good communication and convincing skills

• Ability to work with targets

• Positive attitude and willingness to learn

• Experience in real estate sales is a plus (not mandatory)
