Sales Executive

We are looking for a dynamic and confident individual to join our team as one of our first Customer-facing Sales/Business Development Executives. You will play a key role in connecting with potential customers, understanding their needs, and driving the entire sales cycle from inquiry to closure.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with prospective customers through inbound and online calls.

• Understand client requirements and explain product/service details clearly.

• Manage the entire sales cycle — from initial conversation to closing the deal.

• Conduct regular follow-ups through calls and emails.

• Schedule and attend in-person meetings when necessary.

• Maintain daily reports and track leads in the CRM system.

• Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets.

• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (English/Hindi preferred)

• Strong negotiation and convincing ability

• Basic computer and email handling knowledge

• Prior sales experience (preferred but not mandatory)
