Key Responsibilities:

1. Customer Interaction:

Identify potential loan customers (retail, business, MSME, home loan, personal loan, gold loan, etc.).

Explain loan products, eligibility, interest rates, documentation, and terms.

2. Loan Application Process:

Collect and verify documents like Aadhaar, PAN, income proof, bank statements, property papers, GST, etc.

Assist customers in filling out loan application forms (online or offline).

3. Loan Appraisal & Verification:

Perform basic financial analysis to assess loan eligibility.

Coordinate with back-office or credit team for verification and approval.

Skills Required:

Basic knowledge of loan products and credit terms

Good communication in Gujarati, Hindi, and basic English

Sales and target-oriented mindset

Basic knowledge of computer, MS Office, and loan apps

Ability to work independently
