Sales Executive

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential customers.

• Handle inbound calls and inquiries from interested customers.

• Explain products and services, and inform customers of discounts or special offers.

• Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products or services.

• Follow up on leads generated from marketing campaigns or other sources.

• Negotiate deals and close sales.

• Achieve and exceed monthly and daily sales targets.

• Maintain and update customer databases with accurate records of all sales activities.

• Build and maintain relationships with existing customers to encourage repeat business.

• Provide excellent customer service and resolve any issues or complaints professionally.
