Job Summary:

PropFinder is hiring a proactive and persuasive Presales Executive to be part of our growing team in HSR Layout Sector 6. The ideal candidate will play a key role in engaging potential homebuyers through calls, understanding their needs, and generating high-quality leads for our property consultants.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential clients to introduce PropFinder's property offerings.

• Understand client requirements and suggest suitable real estate options.

• Qualify leads and coordinate with the sales team for follow-ups and site visits.

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and leads in the CRM.

• Handle inbound inquiries professionally and convert them into active leads.

• Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly targets for calls and conversions.

Requirements:

• Education: Minimum Graduate.

• Excellent communication skills in English.

• Previous experience in presales or telecalling, preferably in real estate.

• Strong customer service mindset with confidence and negotiation skills.

• Basic computer skills and familiarity with MS Office and CRM tools.
