Position: Lead Generation Specialist / Telesales – B2B
Experience: 1–2 years (preferably from BPO, Software, or IT sales).

Conduct outbound calls to real estate developers, architects, and premium companies.
Identify & qualify decision-makers (Directors, VPs, CMOs); schedule meetings with sales managers.
Build a consistent lead pipeline via calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach.
Draft & send formal business emails with professional communication.
Maintain accurate lead database (CRM/Excel) with client info and call notes.
Collaborate with sales managers to convert leads into opportunities.
Handle client queries/objections politely and resolve issues effectively.
Achieve weekly/monthly lead generation & appointment-setting targets.
Languages: English & Hindi (mandatory)
1–2 years telesales/lead generation experience (BPO/IT/software preferred).
Strong communication, convincing & cold-calling skills.
Proven outbound sales & minimum calling experience.
Proficiency in formal email writing.
Ability to resolve client concerns professionally.
Organized, target-driven, and problem-solving mindset.
Strong outbound telesales focus.
Ability to build rapport with premium clients.
