Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential customers and respond to inbound inquiries.

• Provide detailed information about available real estate projects (price, location, amenities, offers, etc.).

• Generate and qualify leads as per project requirements.

• Schedule site visits with interested buyers and follow up until closure.

• Maintain calling records, daily reports, and lead status in CRM or Excel.

• Build and maintain positive relationships with clients.

• Achieve monthly target of leads, site visits, and sales conversions.

• Coordinate with the sales team for smooth client handling.
