Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month (Fixed)

Incentives: Performance-based incentives up to ₹70,000 per month

Job Overview:

We are hiring a confident and target-driven Tele Sales for our Real Estate division. The candidate will be responsible for handling property inquiries, generating site visit leads, and converting prospects into bookings.

Key Responsibilities:

✓Call potential buyers/investors from provided data and digital leads.

✓Explain project details, pricing, payment plans, and offers.

✓Generate and schedule site visits for sales managers.

✓Regular follow-up with hot & warm leads.

✓Maintain lead data in CRM/Excel.

✓Coordinate with sales team for closures.

✓Achieve monthly and revenue targets.

✓Build long-term client relationships for referrals.

Requirements:

•Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate preferred.

•0–3 years of experience in telesales (Real Estate experience preferred).

•Strong communication and convincing skills

•Basic understanding of property sales, investors, and site visit process.

•Target-oriented and self-motivated.

Comfortable working in a fast-paced sales environment.
