We are looking for a Loan Sales to join our team at Fynnedge Advisory Pvt Ltd. We are into fintech organisation and we are providing financial services to the customers like personal loan and overdraft. Now we are looking those who should have similar exprience for the position offers a salary of ₹14000 - ₹25000.

Key Responsibilities:

• Cold calling prospective customers from the provided database.

• Generate interest and explain product benefits and features (Personal Loan & Overdraft).

• Understand the customer's financial needs and offer suitable products.

• Follow up with interested customers and assist them.

• Maintain proper records of calls and lead status .

• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly lead generation and conversion targets.  Handle customer queries professionally and escalate issues when needed.

• Key Requirements:

• Minimum graduation preferred.

• Prior experience in sales , telecalling, or banking/fintech sales preferred.

• Good communication and convincing skills in Hindi and English (regional language a plus).

• Target-oriented, self-motivated, and a quick learner

• It is a Full Time Telesales / Telemarketing job for candidates with 6 months - 3 years of experience.
