Job Description

Job Overview:

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Telesales Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for generating sales over the phone, maintaining customer relationships, and achieving sales targets.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers

  • Explain products/services and answer customer queries

  • Generate leads and convert them into sales

  • Maintain a database of customer interactions

  • Follow up on leads and inquiries regularly

  • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets

  • Handle customer objections effectively

  • Provide excellent customer service and support


Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills

  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools)

  • Ability to persuade and negotiate

  • Target-oriented and self-motivated

  • Prior telesales or customer service experience is a plus

  • Minimum qualification: 12th pass / Graduate (depending on company)
