We are looking for a Real Estate Telesales Executive to join our team at Bhumi Properties. With a collaborative environment and growth opportunities, the position offers a salary of ₹20,000 - ₹55,000 (including Incentives).
Key Responsibilities:
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Customer-centric approach
Generate leads through site visits, referrals, calls, digital platforms, and channel partners
Pitch residential/commercial properties to prospective clients
Understand client requirements and recommend suitable properties
Conduct property presentations, site visits, and follow-ups
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Ability to work under targets and pressure
Persuasive selling and objection-handling skills
Basic understanding of real estate documentation and RERA norms
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and 6 months - 3 years of experience. Candidates must have attention to detail, a high level of accuracy, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
