We are hiring Loan Advisors who can handle customer inquiries, convert leads, and close sales efficiently. Candidate should have good communication skills and interest in the financial sales domain.

🔑 Key Responsibilities

• Contact potential clients using the provided database for multiple loan products

• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable Personal Loan, Business Loan, Home Loan, LAP options

• Maintain proper follow-ups to ensure loan closure

• Achieve weekly & monthly sales targets

• Coordinate with internal teams for documentation and loan approval

• Maintain proper records of leads, calls, and conversions

🧩 Requirements

• Minimum 6 months experience in loan sales / telesales / financial services (preferred)

• Good communication & convincing skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced sales environment

• Basic knowledge of loan products (added advantage)
