About the Role:

We are looking for a highly motivated IT Sales Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in selling IT products and services, generating new business opportunities, and building long-term client relationships. You will play a key role in driving revenue growth by identifying potential clients, presenting solutions, and closing deals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and generate new business opportunities through market research, cold calls, and networking.

• Understand client requirements and propose tailored IT solutions (software, web, mobile, cloud, etc.).

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.

• Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and quotations.

• Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs set by management.

• Work closely with the technical team to ensure client requirements are met effectively.

• Maintain accurate records of sales activities in CRM tools.

• Stay updated with industry trends, competitors, and emerging technologies.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum 2+ years of experience in IT sales / business development.

• Strong understanding of IT products, services, and software solutions.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to understand technical concepts and explain them in simple terms to clients.

• Self-motivated, target-driven, and result-oriented.

• Strong presentation and client-handling skills.

Education:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
